As Erica indicated, this is probably the best way for us to continue our discussion on how we best measure our efforts, both the process and the results.

I saw an interesting article on the Chronicle of Philanthropy but realized I had to pay to read it. If someone has a sub_script_ion, maybe they can share the article with the group on this forum.

Also, after Dave from the US PIRG talked about the two gentlemen from Yale, I looked them up. Dr. Alan Gerber is an economist who studies political science and campaign outcomes. He could be a great resource for us to use. Does anyone already personally know Dr. Gerber? Maybe since Erica has a quantitative background, she would be the best person to initiate contact if no one already knows him.
